c. Continued Monitoring
Rather than judging activity from a single visit, Guard scheduled a follow-up approximately two weeks later to inspect the traps and bait stations.
05. The Result
At the follow-up visit, our technician checked both exterior bait stations and the traps placed in the crawl space.
The exterior bait stations showed medium rodent activity, while the crawl-space traps had no captures at the time of the inspection.
These results gave our technician a clearer picture of activity around the property. Rodents were interacting with the exterior control measures, while the crawl-space monitoring traps had not recorded a capture during the same period.
Continued monitoring allows us to compare activity from visit to visit and make recommendations based on where the activity was actually happening at the property.
